Description

Schmidt manufactured this puzzle in 2004. The title is Seaside Hideaway, by Thomas Kinkade, and it is now difficult to find. This is not the traditional art puzzle, but it is a beautiful painting with a lot of detail and variety of tones. Schmidt has published many puzzles with paintings by Thomas Kinkade, but this Seaside Hideaway is the largest one. The artist has a very characteristic style. Most of his paintings depict forest houses and cottages within beautiful landscapes, always surrounded by a soft and dreamy light.

The puzzle is NEW, with its original FACTORY SEAL. There are two tears on the seal.

This puzzle reminds of the 8000 piece puzzle Cottage Stream, by Sung Kim, which Educa published in 2010.
