This is an extraordinary map puzzle by Piatnik. The title in the box is simply Old World Map, by John Speed.  The complete title is A New and Accurat Map of the World Drawne according to ye truest Descriptions lastest Discoveries & best observations yt have beene made by English or Strangers. 1651. The original is from 1627.

Nathan published a 2000 piece version of the first state of this map with the title Historic Planisphere.

This puzzle is like NEW, with all the pieces SEALED inside the original plastic bag. The box is in good condition, but there are three tears on three corners of the lid that have been fixed with tape.
