Description

This is an excellent large classic puzzle by Falcon. The title is The Embarkation of Henry VIII at Dover. The painting shows Henry VIII and his fleet setting sail from Dover to Calais on 31 May 1520 on the way to meet Francis I at the Field of Cloth of Gold. The artist of the painting is James Basire the Elder.00

The puzzle is like NEW, with its pieces still SEALED inside the original plastic bag. The box is in very good condition.

Most large puzzles by Falcon are very difficult to find, like the 5000 version of The Attack and taking of Ratisbon 23rd April 1809, by Charles Thévenin.
