This is a beautiful and very rare puzzle by F.X. Schmid. The title is The Reception of the Imperial Ambassador, by Canaletto. It is very difficult to find.

The puzzle is NEW, with its original FACTORY SEAL. There is a very minor tear in the seal.

There are a lot of puzzles with paintings by Canaletto. In 2001 Druon published a 2000 piece version of Venice.
