This is a very rare puzzle by Italian manufacturer Clementoni. It is a fragment of the painting The Garden of Earthly Delights, by Hieronymus Bosch.

The puzzle is like NEW, with all the pieces SEALED inside the original plastic bag. The box is in very good condition, except for a minor tape tear on the back of the box,  as you can see in the photographs.

There are several versions of this puzzle in different sizes. One example is the 1000 piece version by Educa, very similar to this one.
