This is a very interesting nice puzzle by Jumbo. The title is The Fair, Bumper Cars, by Dutch cartoon artist Jan van Haasteren.

These 150 pieces are 2 times the size as normal.

The puzzle is COMPLETE, as you can see in the photograph of the puzzle assembled. The pieces are in excellent condition. The box is in good condition, with just a few little scratches on the front lid.

Jumbo has published a lot of puzzles with cartoons by Jan van Haasteren. Another example is the 1500 piece version of A dining Disaster.
