Heye manufactured this very nice puzzle in 2005. The title is Happy Birthday by German cartoonist Michael Ryba.

The puzzle is INCOMPLETE (999 pieces; 1 missing piece). The pieces are in excellent condition. The poster and the box are in very good condition.

Heye has produced a lot of puzzles with illustrations by Michael Ryba. Just one example is the 1000 piece version of Manhattan.
